December 31st – The funds must be deposited by this date in order to offer a scholarship the following year.
January 31st – The Community Foundation’s website will be updated with all scholarships that are available to local students in that given year.
February 1st – March 15th – Open application time period. All applications need to be submitted by 11:59pm on March 15th in order to be considered.
March 25th – Applications will be distributed to all scholarship advisory committees by this date.
April 15th – All scholarship selections are returned to the Community Foundation. This will give our staff enough time to distribute the information to local high schools so that they may plan their awards ceremonies.
New scholarships that are set up between July 1st and December 31st will be available to students during the next scholarship season. Scholarships that are established between January 1st and June 30th will be offered the following year.
